Welcome to Chicademics! My name is Alexis. I am a college undergrad, an accessories enthusiast, and a self-coined style anthropologist.

 

Chicademics started as a style diary. During my first year of college, I was still trying to find my new style. While I thought I could get away with wearing PJs, pullover hoodies, and flip flops to class, I soon learned that the stereotypical college wear was null in void on my campus. College helped me to step up my style game and it is steadily preparing me for the real world, no matter how unwilling I might be to enter it just yet.

 

Now this blog is dedicated to my new mission, which is to answer those fashion, style, and life questions everyone wants the answers to. Take a look around, and enjoy reading my musings as much as I love writing them.
